QUIET IN THE DARK

Matthew 10:27

"What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight;
what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the
roofs." (NIV)

"What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light:
and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon
the housetops." (KJV)

If we are in a dark time and we don't sense God's
presence, this is the time that we keep silent
because God will speak to us that which we are to
share with the world. The darkness will end, don't
question it. Be still and wait for that message from
God. He Is faithful.

Heavenly Father, please help us to remember when
we are in the middle of a dark time, a crisis, a time
of barrenness, You are there. Give us sensitive ears
to hear You speak to us and learn from our trials.
Help us to give out in the daylight what you have
put into us in the dark. We ask in Jesus' name. Amen

Thank God that during difficult times He will often send someone alongside to help and comfort us. It's all about His timing not ours.

Thank you. There are times when I seem to hear 'nothing' from the Lord, but I can be sure that He is here.

"The darkness will end..." This is really true. When you're in the dark though it seems like it never will end. thanks for this.
