PEACE OF GOD

Colossians 3:15

"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as
members of one body you were called to peace. And
be thankful." (NIV)

"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the
which also ye are called in one body; and be ye
thankful." (KJV)

Peace is not a lack of unrest, confusion, or war. Peace
is not a lack of anything. It is a state of being. It is an
active condition of the heart, mind, and spirit. Peace
conquers unrest, confusion, and even war. If we are
living true to the Prince of Peace, our lives will be
filled with His everlasting peace.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the peace that
only you can give to us. Help us to understand that
peace is not the absence of war, but that peace is
a powerful, active condition that passes all of our
understanding. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you Bobbi for this uplifting message on the peace that only comes from having an intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. I'm praying this prayer with you. God bless, Lloyd
