Hebrews
1:3
"He is the radiance of
the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the
universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat
down at the right hand of the Majesty on high." ESV
In early times, God spoke to
His people through the prophets, men chosen and anointed to speak His truth.
Jesus Christ was far superior to the prophets because He is the perfect
representative of God the Father. Our God sent His Son to represent Himself so
that we might know Him and become like Him. Jesus Christ successfully and
completely accomplished the Father's plan to reconcile us to Himself. We have no
excuse for failing to live as Jesus did. The more we know Christ and how He
lived, the more we know the Father.
Heavenly Father, how we praise
You for giving us the Model of how we are to live our lives here. We thank You
for Jesus Christ, who is Your exact likeness. Help us to seek Him so that we
will know You. In His name we pray, Amen.

Yes! I love the study of the Gospels and getting to know more of the personhood of Christ..the more we know Him...the more we know how we are to live...the more we know the Father..Great post..Blessings!
