The majority of us are very dissatisfied with our jobs or
even our daily home responsibilities. Some of us start the
day with less than an enthusiastic attitude and have fallen
into a "just get the job done" quality of work. Have we
forgotten that the Lord sees our hearts and the effort we
exert. We are to do our work, whatever it is, knowing that
it is the Lord who is our overseer and it is He that will reward
us for our attitude and effort.

Heavenly Father, we praise you and thank you that you have
given us the ability to work and jobs that provide the means
to meet our daily needs. Please help us to remember that you
are the one we work for, not companies or humans. Give us
the enthusiasm to work as we remember we work for you. In
Jesus' name.

Read Ephesians 6:7

"Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men." (NIV)

"With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men." (KJV)
