Jesus is the Light of the world. His life and His words light up the
Truth for all to see and accept. Yet, there are those who refuse to
come into the rays of His light because they don't want to deal with
their darkness, having it exposed to others, and having to give it up.
God doesn't send anyone to eternal darkness. People choose to go
there because they prefer their own way and are deceived into thinking
they are safe. (NIV)

Read John 3:19

"This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved
darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil." (NIV)

"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world,
and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds
were evil." (KJV)
