THE DAY THE WORLD SHOOK

When Christ died on the cross, there was a terrible
earthquake and everything went completely dark.
That's when God shook at knowing His Son loved
and obeyed Him unto death. Then God shut His
eyes because the terrible load of sin Jesus bore
was so great God couldn't look at it. Let's take
time to really understand what Jesus Christ did
for you and for me.

Read Matthew 27:51 and Luke 23:44

"At that moment the curtain of the temple was
torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook
and the rocks split." "It was now about the sixth
hour, and darkness came over the whole land until
the ninth hour." (NIV)

"And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in
twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth
did quake, and the rocks rent; And it was about
the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over
all the earth until the ninth hour." (KJV)
