Psalm
60:12
"With God we shall do
valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes." ESV
It seems at times that we get
discouraged and lose heart because of the way the world and its evil ways invade
our lives. Our God provided the Way for us to survive this world and its evil.
We can be completely confident that our God will bring us to a full relationship
with Himself for eternity, where the enemy can never reach us again.
Heavenly Father, the only thing
we have to give You for Your mercy and gift of eternal life, and that is
ourselves. Help us to live with the confidence that will be a glorious testimony
of Your promise to us. Let our souls be filled with joy in knowing that nothing
evil will ever be able to get at us again. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.
