IN THE BEGINNING

 
 
Genesis 1:1


"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." ESV


What is the beginning spoken of here? God has no beginning nor an end; He is eternal. The beginning is when God started what we know as time.


Heavenly Father, our human minds cannot fathom eternity. Help us to stay aware and use wisely the time You set in motion for us in the beginning. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Isn't it great to have a God who does things we can't comprehend in our finite minds?!

It certainly gives me peace. How would we make it without God, Who knows all things, has all power, and is present everywhere. What a comfort to limited little humans who are looking through a dark glass! Bless you Bettyl.
