3:5,6
"Trust in
the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your
ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."NIV

the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all
thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."KJV
We may have an
idea of where we want to go or what we need to be. We will not get there by
relying on our own plans and our own reasoning. We will not get there seeking
advice from scholars and books. The only way we will get to the place we need to
be, is by fully trusting in the Lord. He is faithful to get us to the right
place, at the right time, in the right way.
Heavenly Father,
forgive us for the many times we think we have the right plans for our lives.
Help us to remember that You have already made the path for us to walk and You
will lead us on that path until we get to the destination You have for us. We
thank You and pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.
