Romans 12:12
"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." NIV
"Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer." KJV
Can we remain joyful in this world while we wait for the hope of eternal life with Christ? Knowing that our trials are for His glory, can we endure them without complaining. Can we pray faithfully for the revelation by the Holy Spirit that will help us maintain hope and patience until He comes for us? The Word tells us this is what we are to do every day.
Heavenly Father, please forgive us for being discouraged and complaining about the many difficult things we face in this life. Forgive us for lacking in our prayer life to maintain our joy and patience. Help us to be faithful in prayer so that we can remain each day with joyful and patient hearts. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Speaking of tribulation and hope, our move has been completed and all that is left is for us to unpack, a chore that shall take months, no doubt. Anyway, I'm back on-line and looking forward to again reading your wonderful scripture lessons.
Want to wish you a very happy weekend....
Happy Mother's Day!
