God has all wisdom to design and create perfectly, and all power and strength to bring it about without flaw. Anyone who believes he can bypass or escape from God is a fool. If God destroys something, it cannot be rebuilt without His will to do so. If a person is bound up or imprisoned, only God can set him free.

Read Job 12:13,14

To God belong wisdom and power; counsel and understanding are
his. What he tears down cannot be rebuilt; the man he imprisons
cannot be released."
