NO ORDINARY NIGHT

 
 
Luke 2:8
 
"And in the same region there were shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night." ESV
 
 
Just as ordinary night. The same schedule of work and routine. But, the most extraordinary event in all eternity was about to happen just minutes away.
 
Heavenly Father, we seem to get stuck in the rut of our daily routines and we fail to see the wonderful workings of Your hand all around us. Open our eyes and our hearts so that we will see the wonderful things You do around us every day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
