LIVING OR DYING IS VICTORY

Philippians 1:21

"For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." NIV

"For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." KJV

For us to stay alive in this world is to be witnesses for
Him. It is to live as He lived, even if it means suffering
persecution and ridicule. It mean to enjoy communion
with and comfort from our Lord. Being alive here on earth
allows us to be fruit bearers drawing the lost to Christ.
For us to die is for us to be free of earthly troubles and
difficulties. It means no more temptations, doubts, or
fears. We will be totally free from death. And, we will
bask with joy in the eternal blessings of God. Either
way, God will be glorified and we are winners of the
prize.

Heavenly Father, forgive us when we have doubts and
fears about living in this world or of dying. Being your
children we have nothing to worry about. Help us to
remember that whether we live or die, we are already
in your kingdom, either here working for you or there
sitting at your feet. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen

There seems to be so much discussion right now about the rapture of the church and the tribulation that Revelation describes. I pray that my faith will increase no matter what comes my way. Thank you for this post.
