God holds marriage in such high esteem that He patterned His Son as the groom and the Church as His Bride. How much more should we regard marriage with the highest honor and respect. Keeping the marriage bed pure includes being faithful
to our spouses with our thoughts, our emotions, and our actions.
Heavenly Father, we give you thanks for our marriages and ask for your help in always keeping our marital commitment pure and holy. In Jesus' name.
Read Hebrews 13:4
"Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral." (NIV)
"Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge." (KJV)
