Little did we know
that Jesus said these words knowing He had to die, so that we could have eternal
life. He came so that He could take our place, the eternal death we deserve.
Christ did it and went to the lower parts of the earth and took the keys of
death from Satan and came alive to sit with the Father. If we believe Jesus
Christ did this for us because of our sin, we will have eternal life, which is
more than abundant.
Heavenly Father,
how we praise You for the great plan of salvation, through the death and
resurrection of Your Only Son. Keep us aware of the abundant life we have here
on earth and on into eternity because He obeyed Your plan. In Jesus' name we
pray, Amen.
