Mark 9:35
"And he sat down and called the twelve. And he said to them, 'If anyone would be first, he must be last of all and servant of all.'" ESV
Nobody really wants to be last. But in God's kingdom, those who are last here on earth by putting others first will be first there in His Kingdom.
Lord, we ask for hearts of a servant like that which Jesus had. Help us to remember that being last here will find us being first in Your kingdom. In Your name we pray, Amen.
