Psalm 25:21
"May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait
for you." ESV
Living a clean and upright life serves to keep us on
the narrow path and guards us against temptation and deceit. This is our desire,
to live in this way, because we trust that God will take care of us for all
eternity as He promised.
Heavenly Father, we know that we cannot live upright,
lives of integrity without You in our hearts. Search our hearts and show us
those things that keep us from letting You be the Lord and Master of our lives.
Give us a steadfast Spirit that we will repent and live upright before You,
while we wait for Your return. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
