1 Timothy
2:3,4
"This is good, and it is
pleasing in the sight of God our Saviour, who desires all people to be saved and
to come to the knowledge of the truth." ESV
There are many who believe that
God doesn't want them. They believe they have been placed in the rejection bin
because they are just too far gone for God to accept them. Take heart, those of
you who struggle with this belief! Repeatedly, God says in His Word, "Whosoever
will may come," "Whosoever believes," and "anyone who opens the door to me" He
will accept. The blood of Christ, which is God's gift of love and mercy, covers
any sin and provides salvation to every soul who will trust Him and take Him at
His Word.
Heavenly Father, we thank You
and praise You for the free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We pray
for the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of those who feel they are un-savable and
to draw them in faith to Your loving arms. Use us, if You will, to be vessels of
love reaching out to those who will accept the Truth of Jesus Christ. We pray
His holy name, Amen.

Amen is right! Great reminder, we don't have to be perfect to earn God's grace...he gives t freely to us because we are imperfect. Wow!
