Psalm 60:12
"With God we shall do
valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes." ESV
There is no peace, no
overcoming our trials and tribulations in life without the grace and mercy of
God. The battle is His. If we let go and allow Him to have charge of our lives,
He will destroy every evil that tries to get in the way of our journey toward
Him.
Heavenly Father, we confess
that we take matters into our own hands when difficult times come our way. We
somehow think we can take care of things. Most often, the trials are far greater
than we are. Help us to put our faith totally in You, knowing in our hearts that
You will lead us to victory in all things. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.
