1 Peter 5:9

"Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world." KJV
To
be able to stand firm against the deceitful enemy and his attacks, we are
to hold fast to our faith, which comes from
hearing the Word and hiding it in our hearts.
We are not alone in resisting evil. All Christians everywhere are experiencing the same struggles.
Heavenly Father,
we cannot stand against suffering and trials on our own. We ask for Your power
to resist evil in this world and use the faith You have given us to stand
strong. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.
