heavy and sand a burden, but a fool's provocation is heavier than

heavy, and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath is heavier than them

It is much easier
to hold up and carry the weight of heavy earthly materials, like sand and stone,
than it is to endure and hold up the weight of an unreasonable, irritated
person. It is better to walk away than to try and carry that load.
Heavenly Father,
first of all, forgive us if we are such that we cause heavy burdens for those
around us. Show us where we are wrong and help us to change. Then, help us to
forgive and pray for those who do cause heavy burdens and help us to not get
weighed down with trying to carry their load. In Jesus' name, Amen.
