7:7

Just as each
snowflake has it's own unique pattern, so all humans have a gift, a special
talent. There are talents that require physical strength and agility. Other
gifts require creative thinking or intellectual ways of thinking. There are
gifts that show good will and helpfulness to others and those that require great
speakers. We all have been given a gift. We take joy in the gifts of others just
as we take joy in our own gifts that God has given us. In fact, if it were not
for the truth that God gives all the gifts and we are all the recipients, we
would have no gifts at all.
Heavenly Father,
we give You praise and glory for the precious and various gifts You give. Help
us to treasure and use our gifts for Your glory and encourage others to do so.
Help us to never become conceited about our gift, but in humility, use our gifts
together with those of others to show Your love and mercy to a dark and dying
world. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
