Do we really know
the Lord Jesus Christ? We can know by checking the level of obedience to His
commands. That will let us know if we really know Him. To say we know Him, and
to not be obedient to His word, is to be deceitful and attempting to deceive
others. If we know Him, we will imitate the life and walk of Jesus.
Heavenly Father,
may we search our hearts and look at our actions to see if we are in obedience
to Your Word. Forgive us when we fall short. Give us sensitivity to the Holy
Spirit so that we will stay on the path of obedience to You. In Jesus' name,
Amen.
