Isaiah 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God." NIV "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God." KJV Have we really hidden this Word in our hearts? We do not need to fear when the winds of change beat against our lives. We do not need to fear when we feel we have lost our foothold and we are falling. We do not need to fear that we are inadequate to defeat the forces that come against us. Our God is with us. He is our strength, our security, and our protector. Heavenly Father, help us to remember whose we are when the storms of life come against us. Give us the ability to conquer our fears by just knowing You are our God. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen. ©2011 Daily Grace Bobbi Craigmyle, Psy.D., BCPCC No Copyright Infringement Intended Personal Use Only | ||

I love Isaiah 41 and 43. I really need to hear these reminders often to not fear. With God being who he is, why should I ever fear?
ReplyDeleteJust what I needed! Winds of change are blowing hard, but I shall not fear for God is in control.
ReplyDeleteA needed truth for every Christian. How do others face their trials? I'm not sure I could without Jesus.
