We are in a position in which we must pray for God to do for us that
which we cannot do for ourselves. By way of His unfathomable peace,
He will set us apart, making us holy. He will give us a clean conscience,
a bodily temple worthy of the indwelling of His Holy Spirit, and a spirit
that hungers for and seeks to obey Him. Then, when He comes back for
His Church, we will be ready, without spot or wrinkle.
Heavenly Father, give us your peace and set us apart, making us holy
through and through so that we will be found ready when you come for
your Church. In Jesus' name.

"May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." (NIV)
"And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your
whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ." (KJV)
