To have discernment is to recognize those thoughts and statements
that are lies and not from God. In fact, we are to filter all thoughts
and statements through the Word of God and His principles.
Read 2 Corinthians 10:5
" We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up
against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought
to make it obedient to Christ." (NIV)
"Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought
to the obedience of Christ." (KJV)
