ASK, SEEK, AND KNOCK

Some people use scripture to justify selfish wants and desires, reasoning that the Bible tells us it is all right to do so. To ask has nothing to do with
wanting a favor or personal request. It is asking for a renewed, closer walk and communion with God. We are to seek this in an active way through prayer, the Word, and in fellowship with other believers. By knocking, we show God how serious we are in persevering until we are in right relationship to Him.

Read Matthew 7:7

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the
door will be opened to you." (NIV)

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it
shall be opened unto you:" (KJV)
