Interesting how He tells us to be strong and then turns around and gives us the strength to be strong.Pamelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14577919062812348914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5929946718928577170.post-47731590424221465762011-09-11T14:28:54.473-05:002011-09-11T14:28:54.473-05:00Thank you for a sweet and vital reminder for all o...Thank you for a sweet and vital reminder for all of us, including those of us in the Sandwich Generation busy caring for elderly parents while raising kids or babysitting grandchildren. This can often be a season of joy mixed with frustration and it's so important for all of us to keep reminding ourselves (and our grandchildren :) ), that we are to do our work heartily for the Lord, no matter WHAT that work is, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. And your preceding post, with some of my favorite encouraging Bible verses goes well with that also. LOTS of prayer and LOTS of praise are excellent prescriptions for all, including caregivers. Thank you again and have a blessed week.Kaye Swain - SandwichINK for Grandparents and Caregivershttp://www.sandwichink.com/encouragement-for-the-sandwich-generation-on-the-anniversary-of-911noreply@blogger.com
